  12. HMView is a full off-line HTML document viewer. It is very useful
  13. for authors of HTML documents who wish to distribute their pages
  14. on diskette or any other off-line medium, and likewise for CD-ROM
  15. publishers and publishing houses who require distributing information
  16. in digital format.
  17. This software is designed for distributing electronic documents
  18. under Windows environment using the HTML (Hypertext Markup Language)
  19. format employed in Internet.
  20. The documents written in this format can be distributed either
  21. on diskette or compact disk using HMView 1.0 or through
  22. Internet on the World Wide Web.
  23. To create these you can employ any of the many shareware and freeware
  24. HTML editors available on the market, or one of the existing
  25. templates for Word for Windows, which allows exporting text in
  26. HTML format. This hypertext viewer supports the HTML 3.0 specification.
  27. It is not prepared for communications through Internet but for
  28. off-line document browsing.
  29. This program is distributed under the shareware standard and its
  30. only limitation is the appearance every 4 minutes, and for 30
  31. seconds, of the registration window. This interrupts the viewing
  32. of the HTML document being displayed at the moment.
  33. The size of HMView is very small (about 700K, including ILIB31HT.DLL)
  34. and only requires a PC with Windows 3.x or Windows 95 to run.
  35. HMView allows you to open <B>big HTML files (try it!).
  36. The registered user can distribute HMView (royalties free!) together with your
  37. HTML pages using just one single diskette.
